FAQ/International

• All fabric is designer deadstock (if there is a rare exception it will be stated in description), most information is linked at the footer of each page.
• Prices are all per yard unless noted otherwise in title and description. Items like casual knits and couture are occasionally priced per 1/2 or 1/4 yards. Contact the shop for fraction cuts and you will receive an easy invoice to your email, please include shipping location.
• Orders ship in 1 to 4 working days depending. It takes time to prepare cut yardage. If you need your order asap, let me know in the chat or email orders@letoffefabrics.com to send it up the queue. If you place the order before 3pm pst I can usually get it out same day. I've got your back!
• Swatch requests must be made here, I need the request to be placed as an order for the shipping work flow. The first 5 can be sent in an envelope at no charge after that there is a shipping fee of $4.75 that can be refunded with your order by placing swatch order number in the notes of your order.
• When you check out and pay there will be a form for you to leave me any notes regarding your order including - delivery instructions, swatch requests, or holds, if you want a little more or a little less, etc. The order notes are the preferred method of communicating any order needs or preferences.
• HOLDS, If you make 2 or more orders within a 24 hour period they will be combined. If you are on vacation please leave the ship date in the notes of your order when you check out. If you would like to hold and accumulate orders over a period of time and have shipping combined this concierge service is reserved for LOST ART CLUB members only, you can get more info on the club here. Shipping will be combined and overages refunded with a 3% transaction fee. Free shipping applies to Holds if one order is $150 or over.
• Got a swatch in your order and need more info? Text me a photo 323-907-2941, chat, email. I will give you the info. Sometimes I send you swatches of fabric that are not on the site yet - you will have fist dibs.
• You can make special requests and ask questions - generally your request receives a quick response (a day or 2). Email me or use the Chat box, if unattended the Chat box records your request. If you make a request or sent a message and did not get a rapid response it may have gotten buried. Please feel free to reach out again. I am here to take this sewing journey with you.

Before your order is shipped L'Etoffe Fabrics will contact you to confirm all order details. Please check your spam. If no confirmation response has been received from the client within 14 days of confirmation email your order may be cancelled.

Estimating shipping/cubic weight for fabric is very difficult. There may need to be an adjustment to your shipping weight and size and this may result in lower shipping charges. Any shipping overages will be refunded. You can always reach out to confirm a shipping cost prior to ordering. 

• Import Taxes Duties are paid upfront. No surprise fees.
• Packages arrive within one to five days, anywhere in the world, with express shipping and pre-customs clearance.
• Your payment is in your local currency and payment at checkout.
