This is an absolutely gorgeous piece, every detail is extra. The base is semi sheer black and of course if you underline you can make what ever you want, a tailored jacket a fitted skirt. Satiny, drapey, dress weight viscose. Wrong side is matte. Another great basic is have on hand suitable for dresses, tops, jumpers, unstructured, very designer like Belgium 90's.
