Square coat buttons embellished with textures and squiggles. Like little cushions, what were they thinking? The Italian button workshop is a place I want to live in. Vintage shiny dusty smooth with a coiled knot that is hard and molded. THIS is what innovation looks like. There is a light two tone in the colors because this is like 70 years old but if you buy this button and put this on a garment I am pretty sure you are the only one to have this embellishment. These are extra, smooth with some shine in a color before computers and plastic. Collectors piece. Blue is a lovely dusty in a deco design. This makes a nice contrast on many colors, tans, wines, greens. Price per button. One size available. 1" side, 1 1/2" diameter

Vintage Italian chunky square in a deep dark cabernet with a four eyes outlined in white. So special. For shirts and light jackets.  1/2 side, diameter 11/16th 3/4" side, diameter 1" 7/8" side, diameter 1 1/8" 

Little bowls in a cylindrical shape, base is almost black, looks like horn which has subtle accents, rim is high. This is such a special button, coats and jackets. Price per button. Hand selected and imported.  1 1/8" diameter, 3/8" high

Large and thick midnight blue passementarie buttons without the center. The 1.25" have a tiny center about 1/8 a little crystal bead will be beautiful, the 1.5 have a center of about 3/8" They look like mini decadent pillows. Complete with your own vibe. Vintage Italian smooth matte buttons that resemble and have the hand of stones collected on the beach (just not as heavy). All black sand stone with a little speckle.  Made in Italy, hand selected, imported. Vintage policy: all vintage items are sold as is. They are special works of art from a time and place when design and quality were standard. These are from Italy. The quality, the concept, and attention to detail are all superb. There may be handmade finishes. I recommend always testing any washing. Usually cool water hang dry is fine if on a garment. No dryer. No hot sun. Test wash them on the fabric first. Some buttons were made in two pieces and may need some adhesive repair at some point which can be easily glued back. If there is a major issue please feel free to reach out.
