Base is a light natural cotton ivory with a laundered hand, fine weave kind of crepey, a little stretch, hint of transparency with rough textured irregular dots woven into it AND on top of that bleeding stamp printed floating dots in electric blue, fuschia, and black. Used by a top design house.
