Soft draping wool with a texture woven kind of like a matlassè, basket weave pattern with a slight sheen flat on the opposite. Little loops, even on both sides, soft, there is a little loft, color is a bright brilliant jade green. Perfect for a Spring or Fall jacket. Lovely soft and light, drapes, bright summer plaid all virgin wool. The weave is like a cotton linen but in a wool, it is stupendous. You can play with direction of the pattern, bias works. soft flowing skirts and dresses, shirts and blouses. Lining and slip optional. How often do you see linen and wool? This is a shirt dress weight chambray weave with a slub. Also suitable for drawstring pants or other loose type. This is very special, I can't even really tell this is wool. There is a slub and the chambray is visibly moving with grain. Cobalt and natural. Soft draping. If you appreciate raw natural fibers you will love this. It is a melange of mostly wool with what appears to be a cotton warp, there is a small percentage of silk but does not feel like it. It feels like a nubby just raw rough weave of natural fibers mostly wool. Used by Rick Owens. Jacket weight, suitable for garments, accessories, shoes, hats. I have 2 widths. The 6mm is flat and suitable for accents as a seam cover, neck/shoulder seams, pockets, take it everywhere. Also there is a binder 10mm on each side. Please note both stretch cross not with the length. This makes it easy to wrap an edge or for covering a seam but does not stretch lengthwise.There is a crease for folding. It will do curve depending on how severe but I recommend dampening in the curve and steaming to shrink and mold first. Also consider using on another fiber for contrast. made in Japan 100% wool

A roll that slipped through the cracks. Soft to touch, twill weave on both sides, a little give, you can't really pull the layers apart I recommend a rayon grosgrain binder here.  Will make a gorgeous car coat, spring/fall coat, unstructure suit jacket 100% virgin wool Made in Italy, surplus
