Made from Casein milk based early type of natural plastic for buttons. Glossy, with a charcoal marble swirl. Very nice for a jacket, maybe an overcoat, or similar. Very glossy. A little difficult to photograph as they look different at various angles. They are special works of art from a time and place when design and quality were standard. These are from Italy. The quality, the concept, and attention to detail are all superb. There may be handmade finishes. I recommend always testing any washing. Usually cool water hang dry is fine if on a garment. No dryer. No hot sun. Test wash them on the fabric first. Some buttons were made in two pieces and may need some adhesive repair at some point which can be easily glued back. If there is a major issue please feel free to reach out.
