Everything about this linen says relaxed LUXURY. The Italian designer who uses this sells shirts for men at $900 and for women $1200 to $2400. The colors are perfectly dyed to be sunkissed, there is a subtle slub, hand is laundered, soft drape. This will last you forever. Opaque but since this is a shirt weight there is a little transparency if considering a dress.

Dress weight, soft draping but not like a crepe or challis with some body. You could make a nice suit jacket underlined, a top, a dress - depending on the design. Alternating bands of satin and matte melange with variance in weave and texture subtle. Its a special piece. It has some wool but does not feel like it at all.

The quality, the hand of this piece feels so nice. Soft summer weight suiting with a little stretch. Not firm. The pattern reverses on the opposite side. Mix and match, coordinate with other colors, patterns, prints - think Miuccia. You can make a lot with this even a heavier shirt jacket, slim pants, fitted dresses, skirts. It isn't that crisp. The weave it's just so special seriously.
