BC Italian Wide Wale Oatmeal Soft Draping Corduroy
THe base on this is slinky with a sheen, it said cotton, I don't know they do amazing things now. This is soft draping 6 wale to inch. Ivory oatmeal drape - never say never but I have never seen corduroy like this it is designer and amazing.
