Cotton shirt blouse mid weight from a French brand known for the equine - H. Not really heavy for anything but a shirt but gathers and smocking will work too. Will be a nice splash of color for the holidays. A subtle sateen sheen. I would use a really different color of button like a taupe. Something off.
