This is spectacular, I have never seen a piece like this. It is a cotton gauze woven with a texture and has a kind of pleated illusion, soft and drapey, will make a beautiful blouse, wrap, maybe a sheath dress over a slip. 46" 35 yards

I have never seen a light cotton of this caliber before, the finish on the cotton is beautiful, semi sheer, lighter than a voile, more substantial than a gauze. 100% cotton, white fine cotton from BC. Looks like a 4 x 4 but flat. Semi sheer on purpose, does have give but just be cautious this does not have any lycra in it. Pefect for tank tops/dresses and boy shorts, lounge. Just a great basic and the weave is extra. This is a little more, knowing this is BC it's Italian cotton. Feels like straight cotton. This is extra extra nice, the finish on the cotton is exceptional. It is a fine twill weave with a little slub but has this crepe hand. Ojo, it is white and there is a little transparency, this will not bother me, and if you have white pocket lining this is fine. Suitable for walking shorts, pants - pleated wide leg, dresses depending. I ahve some white lining for this and this also is stocked to match the striped summer shirting - it is bright white. Light airy soft wool gauze, slight transparency, suitable for blouses, wraps, accessories, gives on the bias. Color has a melange of grays like a gray flannel. One piece the 2 7/8 has a strip of tape residue along the selvedge prices accordingly. Every piece is from a premium mill, working on the cutting edge of fine fabrics, using only virgin wool, silk, cashmere, linen, and cotton. Some have tags, and some of the content tags I saw were removed. Therefore, I do my best to describe the content. Many pieces have what I call a "luxury blend" that can include percentages from many fibers. All pieces were made in Italy. Generally, we don't swatch sample rolls.
