Soft draping wool with a texture woven kind of like a matlassè, basket weave pattern with a slight sheen flat on the opposite. There is a little transparency because of the color but there is body to this. You can make a soft shirt, or line for a dress. It is soft - think Sharon Stone Basic Instinct. It's hard to describe this is so beautiful, I did not believe it was cotton, drapes like a challis but in a twill weave. This is amazing it is 50/50 silk wool, it feels amazing, is soft against the skin and wrinkle resistant by design no treatments. Weave is smooth. This is luxury top quality.
