Lighter denim twill, the surface is softer not raw or polished like some others I have carried. The will is fine with a two tone natural. Comparing to others this is about a 9 ounce (don't get hung up on fabric weights). Suitable for denim skirts, lighter denim type pants, heavier work shirts. Dresses will also be nice even a wide skirt can work. this is versatile and the color is fab. Available by the yard and in limited 5 yard cuts - see drop down.

Two Yard Tuesday: Another Navy Italian Soft Draping Caftan Wool Gauze
This is so wonderful, it is full of drape and weight for summer caftans. Yes, this is perfect for sheerness over a bathing suit or slip, this feels amazing. The weave is a little coarser and polished than the other, you can make a kimono cut style jacket. Kind of a day to night dressing gown. Gives good bias.

2 Yards Italian Tan Indigo Cross Hatch 10oz
These 2 yard pieces have a small flaw where the thread did not dye and a 2" chalk mark.
This has a special premium finish with a subtle two tone color of tan and indigo. Of all the samples I washed this was pretty much exactly the same in terms of the drape a softness. There was some lint I rolled off it may have some from all the other pieces washed together.
Variation rigid: slightly heavier but still soft draping suitable for fashion denim garments, washes well. 63", 10 oz. 100% cotton

1 Yard and 30" Double Faced Gorgeous Textured Jacket Fabric
This has a kind of Japanese vibe, the waeve is really interesting and between the layers are soft corded woven inside (there are poly) the exterior is a cellulose looks and feels like rayon there may be cotton (burned) with a little sheen. The hand is sculptural and there is some stretch due to the weave. Will make a great Miyake jacket or something shaped like a cocoon shape even a skirt - this is such a cool piece.

2 5/8 Yards Soft Draping Flannel Plaid Light Pajama Twill
There is a pulled thread 16" up from the selvage and 3/4 yards in.
Soft draping flannel, light weight, one side is a little brushed with subtle flannel, very nice for light pajamas. Warm ivory, mustard, grey, pink pinstripe. Rayon with a matte finish, very soft, feels like silky cotton.

Soft draping, almost delicate, cotton with some stretch in it however I would just use as with any cotton unless you want to make a fitted wrap dress. It is on the lighter side, with a tinge of transparency. Will give billowy sleeves if desired.

2 Yard Piece Heavy Plum Satin Coating
I think the best way to explain this is like a scuba weight but with no stretch. It is a cotton acrylic satin backed with a heavy white layer that gives it a heavier weight for sculptural and sleek smooth lines. From MM I believe. I see a coat or evening jacket maybe with a peplum. It is thick, like 4 layers of duchess satin. You could forgo consideration of grainline here and just cut which will save fabric.

Dress weight, soft draping but not like a crepe or challis with some body. You could make a nice suit jacket underlined, a top, a dress - depending on the design. Alternating bands of satin and matte melange with variance in weave and texture subtle. Its a special piece. It has some wool but does not feel like it at all.

Per Cut- Italian Soft Washed Faded Selvedge Denim Fabric - Light
This is PER CUT. FASHION denim. Please note there are new photos of current batch. I love this denim, it has been softened, distressed and faded. You will see some variance in the fade and fade marks hard to see on the computer, marbling retro acid washed vibe - part of the deal. Perfect for obvious jeans, skirts, jackets, great if you want to leave a raw edge. Candiani Italian selvedge denim. Soft. About 11+ ounce. It has been treated and washed. I also have some extra pieces maybe there is a little irregularity, some extra marbling, etc. Still good. Will post these or reach out for more info.
