This piece is from a lot of luxury deadstock home decor fabrics from Quatrine and Wall Fabrics in Australia. I have some tags, these are mostly sample rolls, they don't appear to be treated in anyway or washed from the documentation I have. These are recently used not old. Mills are in Mexico, Italy, and Spain. Some say Kravat and Perennial. Prices are below wholesale from what I see. Swatches are available. Some are natural fiber others look natural but are top shelf synthetic using solution dyed acrylic. When I say "outdoor" these pieces are not as soft and feel appropriate for outdoor but I cannot say anything about sun exposure.
2 1/2 Yards Premium Double Faced Knit Cotton Grey Ivory
Extra soft cotton baby rib in vanilla and light heathered grey. Double knit. Two thin layers are woven together, this has mechanical give mostly cross grain. Not suitable for patterns that require spandex. This is very very nice.

Italian brushed cotton canvas summer pant weight. This is part of a collection I am building with luxury refined bottom weights in natural fibers. This is a canvas weave but much finer and lighter - a summer suit weight - with a brushed hands on both sides. It is luxury casual, offers structure but like most cotton will relax with wash and wear. You can make a suit with with this as well. Fraction cuts by request in chat box.

2 1/4 Yards BC Italian Wide Wale Oatmeal Soft Draping Corduroy
Price is for 2 1/4 yards. THe base on this is slinky with a sheen, it said cotton, I don't know they do amazing things now. This is soft draping 6 wale to inch. Ivory oatmeal drape - never say never but I have never seen corduroy like this it is designer and amazing.

2 1/4 Yards LAST PIECE Italian Royal Rose Wool Cashmere Silk Coating
Price is for 2 1/4 last piece. Double faced wool cashmere silk coating with a slight nap. It is a double weave but not meant to be pulled apart and tucked in. Opposite side from the floral is solid black. Yes it is gorgeous, an absolute knock out! Kind of melton weight but more luxurious from the bit of cashmere and silk. Price per yard, fraction cuts by request.

2 3/8 Yards Italian Deadstock All Gray Cotton Twill
2 3/8 yards Kind of a chino weight twill, maybe slightly sturdier, all gray no two tone. Laundered finish, this is designer, from a mill acquired by Loro Piana. Also has a nice selvedge. Pants and shackets.

Excellent condition, in some spots the edge may show a little wear, I will try to avoid including and cut where it is clean. Preserved on the original roll, metallic with I believe black rayon. 2 inch wide. This is amazing, a jacket, light coat weight. Double weave, the zig zag pattern like a jacquard is woven with textured sienna brown dots. You can say this is double faced if you want. I think you could make a straight skirt. Mostly cotton, some rayon, a little elastine - it has some firm stretch like a heavy suiting.

Undyed cotton kind of a plain weave heavy gauzey muslin, double weave, 2 layers held together with sashiko stitching. Will soften after washing and wearing. Suitable for jackets and home dec or accessory projects. Extra nice for indigo dying, the edges will fade and wear along with the thread.
