International sales are final. These are orders delivered anywhere outside of the continental United States.
Shopping for fabric online can be challenging. Therefore we offer complementary swatches/ swatch packs and always feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchasing via the Chat box or email orders@letoffefabrics.com. I am here to assist you with your project’s success. Take your time, read the description carefully, and understand that fabric descriptions can be subjective and colors across monitors vary. If you have specific expectations just reach out - request a swatch or ask a question. Again to be sure you know what you are getting request a swatch.
If there was a mistake with your order or it is defective please contact L’Etoffe Fabrics asap to resolve the issue. Customer service is very important here, please rest assured you will be taken care of.
Patterns, books, ribbons, buttons, findings, and all trim sales are final.
Fabric purchases are returnable only for orders delivered in the United States. All international sales are final. Please follow the guidelines below.

Notify us of your concern (please be kind) and intent for a refund within 14 days from the recorded delivery date of your order tracking. orders@letoffefabrics.com

Once permission to return has been approved, customer is responsible for shipping charges back to L’Etoffe Fabrics and item must be received within 30 days of initial return approval. Please make note shipping costs can be high for fabric. There is also a 3% restocking fee. This fee is to cover all bank transaction fees and to re-list items. L’Etoffe Fabrics is a small independent business. I offer prices at and below wholesale designer prices. Therefore to offer these deals I cannot eat bank charges for returns. Thank you for your understanding.

No returns on sale items, vintage, couture, or bundles.

Returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, and uncut.

Customer will receive a full refund not including shipping costs and restocking fee - via original payment/card used in system. If you would like to avoid paying the restock fee, an exchange will eliminate this charge. If you would like to make an exchange please forward order request and an invoice for any difference will be sent to your email on file. Contact me to arrange a new order: orders@letoffefabrics.com.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Please note L’Etoffe Fabrics is not responsible for lost or stolen items once tracking has recorded delivery of your package by the shipping service. If your order was lost - meaning it never arrived and tracking shows it was not delivered - please contact me asap If you would like to confirm extra insurance or confirmation of insurance just let us know.
If your order has been delivered via tracking and you never received the package neither L’Etoffe Fabrics nor the shipping service will be responsible from this point. Please ask your neighbors if they saw the package and contact your credit card company to make a claim for reimbursement, you may need to file a police report if you feel theft was at hand.
