This has an extra designer, there is a little ripple in the surface, the twill is super micro, light and slightly crisp, now this has some poly in it which you cannot feel but is giving it the crinkle and finish that makes this special. You have make a lot with this, billowy pants, skirts, shackets, ponchos, dresses - it just depends on the design. Light weight but sturdy. Structure. Extra soft cotton baby rib in vanilla and light heathered grey.  Double knit. Two thin layers are woven together, this has mechanical give mostly cross grain.
