Vintage Italian smooth matte buttons that resemble and have the hand of stones collected on the beach (just not as heavy). Sandy tones on the face with grey back.  Made in Italy, hand selected, imported. Vintage policy: all vintage items are sold as is. They are special works of art from a time and place when design and quality were standard. These are from Italy. The quality, the concept, and attention to detail are all superb. There may be handmade finishes. I recommend always testing any washing. Usually cool water hang dry is fine if on a garment. No dryer. No hot sun. Test wash them on the fabric first. Just a little work of art, they just don't make buttons like they used to! Glossy taupe graph relief with rope that appears like it is woven into it. I don't know how they made this but the rope is part of the button as seen on the back. Height is about 3/8" Suitable for jackets, coats, cardigans. Not super heavy. Sizes on drop down. Vintage Italian square shirt buttons, these are just little plastic shirt buttons but I love the off ivory in a lemon ice color and the simple design. Will complement white well along with black, really any shirting. Price per button.  Width: 1/2" 1/8" thick

These are great but are even better at closer look. The face is smooth and the stripes are etched on the back which is beveled. Price per button. See drop down for prices. small 5/8" medium 7/8" large 1"

All I am saying is that this came from an archive of a model in the 1960's turned designer, her father worked in the entertainment business. This piece had a tag that said "Cher" that is all I know. I have 3 cuts the 4 yard piece has a couple of drip spots closer to the sides on the ivory stripes that are invisible when laid on ivory I have discounted at a 3.5 yard piece.  100% silk vintage Width: 43"
