I think I found it! Outside has a polished slick finish in a twill weave and a water resistant finish, wrong side is smooth. This is the perfect trench coat fabric. Very soft, drapes, suitable for slacks, dresses, suiting with lining, you can make a shirt with breast pockets as well. Rich colors woven in a heavier faille weave, rich colors and intricate design. It really is exceptional. The patterning on this is very detailed, it is not printed but woven - it's hard to describe how amazing this is up close. Not heavy or stiff, you can make a suit jacket, a slim skirt, underlined for more weight you have more options. Please feel free to request a fraction (in the chat box) but this will make a nice detail or belt. Vintage Italian mauve jacket buttons with an inlaid silver accordian rim that gives a lot of reflective sparkle when it moves. Extra special. This color will be great on navy. Price per button, there are two sizes available.
