From Pr$d$, this is a blouse weight, very slinky and silky, feels cool against the skin -viscose crepe with a smooth hand. The quality is exceptional. The white parts have a bit of transparency. There are 2 patterns that run parallel to the selvedge with a narrow band running along the center 23" for the diagonal black stripes, 5" for center band and 26" for the alternating black and red striped sections each of thse is 18" wide.. You can really cut this anyway you want. There are lots of creative options with this.
