Price is for 2 yards 32" and 1 3/4 - there are between the two pieces about 6 little 1/2" round sticker spots where a sticker was (2 on the small piece) - both pieces give you enough to make some pants and a jacket or whatever. 

Designer refined twill, the diagonal is spaced farther apart and has a sheen. Medium weight, a little heavier than a summer chino. Not crisp. The color is proprietary I never see this. You can dress this up a bit. Pants and jackets. From Bruno deadstock.
