Vintage Eyelash Striped Taffeta Fabric

Vintage from a dressmaker that had couture pieces from the 30's on, this is synthetic maybe nylon with a bit of rayon. So maybe we can attribute this to 60's? It is so special, has quite a bit of body. Black and sienna, under the eyelash peaks the brown underside.
