Lovely soft and light, drapes, bright summer plaid all virgin wool. The weave is like a cotton linen but in a wool, it is stupendous. You can play with direction of the pattern, bias works. soft flowing skirts and dresses, shirts and blouses. Lining and slip optional. Vintage Italian shiny tomato red round buttons cut on each end with a stepped groove exposing white. also notice the thread groove in white. So good! Price per button. There may be handmade finishes. I recommend always testing any washing. Some may show light wear but all are new and limited to stock on hand. Usually cool water hand dry is fine if on a garment. No dryer. No hot sun. Test wash them on the fabric first. Some buttons were made in two pieces and may need some adhesive repair at some point which can be easily glued back. From Max M. kind of a Marimekko inspired print on a silky challis, light, a little texture in the weave. It is 98% opaque. Nothing to worry about, I would make something simple without a lot of pieces in different directions. Summer loose dresses are nice, tiered ruffles will work. For plaid lovers and even if you don't do plaid you will love this piece. Soft with some drape, medium weight is suitable for a poncho or jacket, maybe a wrap skirt with some bias swing in the front. The palette is excellent, lavender, grey, pumpkin, black, chocolate brown, beige, chartreuse.
