Trying to get more. From Goutarel like the others, the base is like a black organza silk with the raised black metallic and satin floating roses which are poly. From Italian company known for psychedelic prints. Easy to sew, you can serge directly -  sequined mesh with a little give lengthwise. A little transparency not much to worry about. You can treat like a woven and line to make a shift dress, caftan, great for tops with jeans, this is even more gorgeous in person. Pattern runs cross grain. Black cotton voile base slight transparency with a black sateen jacquard floral with an intricate texture that offers opacity then the print is a dainty ombre floral. Surplus Monique LH, this is spectacular....really and now I know what panels are for! A floor length Couture Party Skirt. There are only 2 panels here and the retail on this would be about $300 (I have the wholesale price). The size is 1 yard and 30" and 55" wide. Black and midnight blue play off each other with a little sparkle floral brocade. The bottom more opaque section has little diamond shapes woven into it. All I am saying is that this came from an archive of a model in the 1960's turned designer, her father worked in the entertainment business. This piece had a tag that said "Cher" that is all I know. I have 3 cuts the 4 yard piece has a couple of drip spots closer to the sides on the ivory stripes that are invisible when laid on ivory I have discounted at a 3.5 yard piece.  100% silk vintage Width: 43"
