I think I found it! Outside has a polished slick finish in a twill weave and a water resistant finish, wrong side is smooth. This is the perfect trench coat fabric. Suitable for many types of projects including accessories. Care is really up to you. I recommend Dry Clean once or twice a year. Again this is high concept, if you want seams that are top stitched like jeans the edges may give you some worn blue denim over time looking like worn denim where the seams are.
