Lovely soft and light, drapes, bright summer plaid all virgin wool. The weave is like a cotton linen but in a wool, it is stupendous. You can play with direction of the pattern, bias works. soft flowing skirts and dresses, shirts and blouses. Lining and slip optional. How often do you see linen and wool? This is a shirt dress weight chambray weave with a slub. Also suitable for drawstring pants or other loose type. This is very special, I can't even really tell this is wool. There is a slub and the chambray is visibly moving with grain. Cobalt and natural. Soft draping. Pale ice blue in a gorgeous luxury weight cotton sateen. This is opaque with quite a bit of body, perfect for a dramatic shirt with voluminous and/or structured sleeves. Soft summer pant weight, slub in the weave, stripes are woven in a special way with a fade between colors. Taupe, navy, lime, yellow, coral. You can make many different types of garments with this. This is amazing, actually it has a sheen that looks and feels like silk linen but it is woven with cupro. Woven with a two tone sunkissed palette, weight is heavy enough for dresses, pants, summer jackets, stripe work. Not a "lightweight" fabric as in a shirting weight but still a Spring/Summer fabric with a crumpled suiting vibe has drape and body and gives a luxe satin linen vibe. IT is gorgeous. A couple of details make this piece special, when you look close the way it is woven gives it texture and dimension, the red is overlapped with tiny ivory cotton threads and in between are grey pinstripes very tiny and every other one is woven in a different pattern. Also this has a bit of stretch to it so if you want to make a wrapped snug type garment this will be to your advantage, or you can ignore. Soft draping, almost delicate, cotton with some stretch in it however I would just use as with any cotton unless you want to make a fitted wrap dress. The stripes have varying types if weave on a natural cotton base, the green are raised.
