These look black but they are actually a very dark midnight blue, large, thin and flat except for geometric blocks that have a raised texture that look like a relief of stoned. Price per button. They are special works of art from a time and place when design and quality were standard. These are from Italy. The quality, the concept, and attention to detail are all superb. There may be handmade finishes. I recommend always testing any washing. Usually cool water hang dry is fine if on a garment. No dryer. No hot sun. Test wash them on the fabric first.
