This is a very cool fabric, woven like a tiny gingham graph with an open weave, hard to see but those are holes. An understated, minimal piece for fall. On it's own or layer with white or another color under - weight is substantial enough for many types of projects. You can even run a tiny cord through it. A little stretch, some crisp body. Honestly, I don't think I have ever see a rayon like this or at least not for a while. It cost a little more but is special. It has body perfect for a dress also nice for a cami, if you underline a summer suit jacket can work. A soft draping but slighty sulptural. Not a challis. There is a satin jacquard weave.
