Soft with drape, semi sheer, great for all types of loose garments with drape. High quality embroidered tulle custom designed in Beverly Hills. Fine stitching is satin and the base is black tulle with a little stretch but this is not a stretch fabric. Colors are orange, green, brown, pale blue, ivory. There is a double border identical on each side as seen in the photo - measurements across are as follows - 4” plain black tulle, 4.5” of the border bands each one is 7/8” wide with 1/8” in between, 30” of main floral bands, 4.5” of border bands, 2” plain black tulle.

Tulle is most likely a polyester but of a better quality.
