Vintage Italian glossy red buttons inspired industrial design of the age. Base is hard flat red about 1/8" thick with akind of platter on the top with little holes around the edge and a brass bolt in the center which anchors the shank. It is strong and the finish may vary from buttons to button - you can polish if you like. Red has a blue undertone. Price per button.

Vintage policy: all vintage items are sold as is. They are special works of art from a time and place when design and quality were standard. These are from Italy. The quality, the concept, and attention to detail are all superb. There may be handmade finishes. I recommend always testing any washing. Usually cool water hang dry is fine if on a garment. No dryer. No hot sun. Test wash them on the fabric first. Some buttons were made in two pieces and may need some adhesive repair at some point which can be easily glued back.
