I have never seen this before, one side is find of like a fleecy fuzzy brushed hand - the other is a polished twill weave. It is virgin wool 100% and reminds of something from Pendleton or like a warm worker shirt, could also be a heavy liner to a lighter weatherproof work jacket. The olive has a bit of melange to it.
