Another brain bending button from my archive. Hand etched petals enclose a cauldron of jewels all in a cool undertone dark rich chocolate brown. The jewels appear to be a mold not little rhinstones glued but a single mold - I still wouldn't throw this in the washings machine. This will make a gorgeous gift. Price per button. Vintage policy: all vintage items are sold as is. They are special works of art from a time and place when design and quality were standard. These are from Italy. The quality, the concept, and attention to detail are all superb. There may be handmade finishes. I recommend always testing any washing. Usually cool water hang dry is fine if on a garment. No dryer. No hot sun. Test wash them on the fabric first. Some buttons were made in two pieces and may need some adhesive repair at some point which can be easily glued back.
