Feels and looks like a cupro base but is synthetic, kind of a light slick with a sheen base overlaid with the fil a coupe floral, the texture and weave it impeccable. Does not feel like a synthetic at all. WIll make a pretty blouse or a dress - there is a little transparency you may want to line.
