This is 100% cotton and it's hard to believe because it has this feel of similar suiting that is usually viscose. It is soft with drape, matte finish, good body, second image is a little lighter to show the weave there is a diagonal as in a twill but the surface is pretty smooth, saturated color, suitable for suits, wide slacks, walking shorts, and dresses, slacks, 3/4 length jacket over a dress. The color is gorgeous.
