A looser but firm weave, fiber is extra the way it is twisted. A little coarser against the skin but I think it will break in. The color pairing is a wonderful blue grey and ivory. Will make a nice summer jacket over a dress.  Width: 58" Content: 60% linen, 40% cotton

This piece has variations in softer thicker fiber with thinner giving variation in transparency. Very soft draping but with body for a jacket, top, dress, skirt - soft. The camel color is perfect along with natural white. The camel is looser weave with a little transparency and the white is more dense, 4" check repeat. I love this! I know there are pedestrian linen checks out there but this is extra you will not want to go back, it's all the weave and treatment of the linen fiber and of course the palette! This is luxury, when I squeeze in my hand and let go - no wrinkles, does not even feel like wool but you know it's wool. Slight transparency, (if you would like a silk to line LMK) suitable for shirts and blouses, with underlining or lining you can make whatever you like. Color is bone. For your dyes only. Used by G$cci but more importantly from a top mill that produces gorgeous tweeds. This is 100% virgin wool, it is soft with varying textures in the fiber. Underline to your preference with an ivory charmeuse (I can special order if interested in quality silk) for a Parisian jacket. This is 100% cotton and it's hard to believe because it has this feel of similar suiting that is usually viscose poly. It is soft with drape, second image is a little lighter to show the weave there is a diagonal as in a twill but the surface is pretty smooth, saturated color, suitable for suits and dresses, slacks, 3/4 length jacket over a dress. Little loops, even on both sides, soft, there is a little loft, color is a bright brilliant jade green. Perfect for a Spring or Fall jacket. Lovely soft and light, drapes, bright summer plaid all virgin wool. The weave is like a cotton linen but in a wool, it is stupendous. You can play with direction of the pattern, bias works. soft flowing skirts and dresses, shirts and blouses. Lining and slip optional.
