Kind of a blue grey navy twill woven two tone with a double pinstripe, suit weight, not soft draping like the flannel suiting, good for more sharp tailoring with some structure. You can see little soft wool fibers on surface very subtle but it says this is a woolen twill. This is from a really really good mill with many certifications on dyes and animal treatment.  Price is per yard, appears all wool but there may be some recycled wool or other luxury fibers mixed in Width: 60"
