Designer, high quality, water proof raincoat floral jacquard. Outside surface is a stone taupey with a smoke grey jacquard floral pattern, the finish is sateen and fools the eye as it does not look like a "water proof raincoat" fabric. Double faced wool cashmere silk coating with a slight nap.  It is a double weave but not meant to be pulled apart and tucked in. Opposite side from the floral is solid black. Another gorgeous piece, this came from the same lot from Monique. It is spectacular, the tag was not on this but it is of the same quality. There is a fair amount of poly but if feels like there is a blend with some silk but hard to verify. The finish the hand is delicate and beautiful it does not feel like poly at all. It is top and the color is right NOW! Suitable for shift dresses, skirts big or pencil, tops to heavy for blouses, if you want to make a little suit type jacket it will need underlining to give more structure.
