100% Sky Blue Cotton Webbing Made In France

I order this for a designer and some extra rolls got lost so I am selling these at cost. The thing is that the cotton has a lot of sizing (starch) in it, so you need to wash first and then it plumps up and softens, its just a basic cotton tote bag webbing nothing fancy. I say that because I am fancy.
