Shipping Policy (see below for International orders):

Generally, orders are shipped 1 to 3 days from purchase. Sometimes after a newsletter there is high volume and it may take an extra day. If you need your order to go out asap please leave a note in checkout or email orders@letoffabrics.com to move up in the queue. I am here to help, you can always reach out.

Fabric/trims, especially deadstock, are very labor intensive products to sell online. Thank you for your patience. We may need to ask you a question about your order. Please check spam and respond to any inquiries promptly so your order can be shipped in a timely manner. 

The environment is TOP priority here at L'Etoffe Fabrics. Packaging supplies are sourced primarily from Better Packaging using POllastic here is a link to more info: https://www.betterpackaging.com/pages/pollastic

Sometimes I use cardboard boxes. Sometimes to wrap buttons I use bubble wrap which is reused packaging. I never buy new bubble wrap, I save packaging from other deliveries. 

Shipping carriers:

USPS, sometimes Fed Ex. 

L'Etoffe Fabrics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Please contact your shipping carrier. If you feel your package may be stolen, ask your neighbors and wait 1 day. Sometimes packages are scanned and delivered later. 

If your package was lost or damaged before it was delivered please reach out we can help you make a claim, or you can file one within your account in Orders.

 If tracking shows order has been delivered and you didn't receive it this falls outside the liability of shipping carriers and L'Etoffe Fabrics. Theft is outside shipping liability.

International Shipping:

For countries listed in the European Union including the UK and North/ Central America/Carribean, please note the following policies. 

Before your order is shipped L'Etoffe Fabrics will contact you to confirm all order details. Please check your spam. If no confirmation response has been received from the client within 14 days of confirmation email your order may be cancelled.

Estimating shipping/cubic weight for fabric is very difficult. There may need to be an adjustment to your shipping weight and size and this may result in lower shipping charges. Any shipping overages will be refunded. You can always reach out to confirm a shipping cost prior to ordering. 

  • Import Taxes Duties are paid upfront. No surprise fees.
  • Please enable the arrow to view drop down list of shipping services. There are 2 rates from DHL, e commerce Parcel direct and express. E commerce Parcel direct is more affordable it will take a bit longer than express. Some countries only allow for duties paid via express. You can always contact us for a rate quotes.
  • DHL Express is worldwide. Packages arrive within one to five days with express shipping and pre-customs clearance. 
  • Your payment is in your local currency at checkout.
