This is a classic sweater knit but wait.....I would not just use this like a knit but use like a woven. You want to keep the look of the sweater but this needs to be backed with something else so I suggest underlining this with silk or even something heavier like another wool or cotton, maybe a sweatshirt fleece. I see it as a great sleeve on a coat and big patchpockets, maybe underline it with some moleskin cotton soft side toward your skin. The wool is listed as 100% virgin wool but has a tickle to it against the skin. There are specs of magenta and teal fibers, a little blue on a black base. Fraction cuts available.
