Italian super soft luxury micro baby rib wool jersey in a heathered charcoal. Finer and lighter than the other version, subtlety semi sheer, some cross grain stretch. All luxury wool, you can make a turtle neck, suitable for layering pieces, under sweaters and sleeveless coats. It is absolutely TOP. This is luxury wool jersey, not what you generally see from other sources for wool jersey fabric by the yard. Fraction cuts available. This is luxury, when I squeeze in my hand and let go - no wrinkles, does not even feel like wool but you know it's wool. Slight transparency, (if you would like a silk to line LMK) suitable for shirts and blouses, with underlining or lining you can make whatever you like. Color is bone. For your dyes only.

Luxury Italian Gingham Linen Cotton Extra Woven Mesh
A looser but firm weave, fiber is extra the way it is twisted. A little coarser against the skin but I think it will break in. The color pairing is a wonderful blue grey and ivory. Will make a nice summer jacket over a dress.

I know there are pedestrian linen checks out there but this is extra you will not want to go back, it's all the weave and treatment of the linen fiber and of course the palette! Ivory, blue grey, tan, mustard. Soft draping, a little course so gives bias, tinge of transparency, delicate but still a little heavier, the weave! Shirts, light unstructured jackets, soft skirts, summer loose airy dresses.

Soft shirt dress weight linen from a luxury mill. Weave is coarser but opaque, will drape on bias, suitable for soft shirts, dresses, and wide soft skirts. Base is a pale grey. This is absolutely lovely.

Luxury Italian Linen Textured Plaid
This piece has variations in softer thicker fiber with thinner giving variation in transparency. Very soft draping but with body for a jacket, top, dress, skirt - soft. The camel color is perfect along with natural white. The camel is looser weave with a little transparency and the white is more dense, 4" check repeat. I love this!

Luxury Italian Striped Shirting Gray Slub with a Chambray Navy Stripe
Soft, fine weave, draping linen shirting. The gray has a slub and the stripe is 1/4" wide navy. If you told me there was little bit of a luxury blend I would believe you. This is what a linen shirting should be. Suitable for shirts it is opaque but light. Maybe a shift dress.

Luxury Lampo Pine Green 21" Closed
Luxury Lampo zipper, tape is thick soft cotton in a rich pine green, hardware is chromed gunmetal. The pull is 1/2" at widest and the teeth are about 3/8" closed end, the pull is extra special a thick long bar with no logo, not the usual available.
This is a beautiful zipper and would be very expensive if retailed at least $35 to $45.
Luxury Linen Wool Soft Check Indigo Blue Shirting - 1
It is important to understand how nice this is, the dye is a midnight with a faded blue check but it isn't solid it has a variation that gives it a washed, denim vibe or a hand dyed patina. The weave is a malleable diagonal, opaque, soft draping, will make a nice casual shirt or blouse with pockets will be nice. Would also make a nice wrap. I love this. This lost it's tag I feel it has a bit of cashmere in it, superfine, extra soft, sheen, it hurts my brain. Midnight blue with muted pinstripe. Suitable for all type of tailored garments. It is absolutely a knock out. 3 remnants available and sold by the piece.

Luxury Mill Crinkled Sunset Stripe Linen Silk
A beautiful glistening crinkled crisp organza- ish piece. Slight transparency and texture that has a tooth to it - I recommend underlining in a habotai or organza or really whatever you want - even a light woolen. A lovely piece. Stripes run cross grain.

Luxury Quilted Jacquard Faille
This is a little work of art. The face has a geometric pattern in angles of raised somewhat corded sateen lines on a faille base with tiny prikstitches woven throughout. It is a very special piece - impeccable. Not drapey, suitable for a piece with structure, maybe duster coat over a spring dress, a slim skirt, or fitted jacket. Color is a midnight. A blend of cotton, viscose, and poly - the poly is woven on the wrong side so I recommend lining. Perfect for understated Drama.

Luxury Stone Soft Drape Twill Pant Weight
I had this here for a while and forgot to post but this is a very very nice soft pant fabric for a high waisted wide slack (for example). Has a 90's Armani Michelle Pfeiffer vibe. The color has a little striata so it doesn't look flat - it has a little dimension. The drape is liquid. I had stocked to go with this jacket fabric here.
Finish is matte.
