Pearl Snow Grey Cotton Cashmere Coating Fabric
I have never seen anything like this it is amazing! It has a kind of pearly sheen, weight is jacket coat weight, it is the softest cotton at this weight I have ever seen, you can make a shawl collar wrap coat with a suri alpaca collar. Just request a swatch if you don't believe me. This is luxury.

Medium weight jacket/coat this is soft, I am guestimating that there must be a little cashmere in it or some luxury fiber. Navy on side, the other has a melange of blues woven in a diagonal texured weave. Would make a nice Artcoat.

This is from a very, very special luxury fabric collection from BC, which only uses the highest quality fabric available. Every piece is from a premium mill, working on the cutting edge of fine fabrics, using only virgin wool, silk, cashmere, linen, and cotton. Some have tags, and some of the content tags I saw were removed. Therefore, I do my best to describe the content. Many pieces have what I call a "luxury blend" that can include percentages from many fibers. All pieces were made in Italy. Generally, we don't swatch sample rolls. There are some that we can offer a small cutting by request. All prices are heavily discounted.
Per Cut- Italian Soft Washed Faded Selvedge Denim Fabric - Light
This is PER CUT. FASHION denim. Please note there are new photos of current batch. I love this denim, it has been softened, distressed and faded. You will see some variance in the fade and fade marks hard to see on the computer, marbling retro acid washed vibe - part of the deal. Perfect for obvious jeans, skirts, jackets, great if you want to leave a raw edge. Candiani Italian selvedge denim. Soft. About 11+ ounce. It has been treated and washed. I also have some extra pieces maybe there is a little irregularity, some extra marbling, etc. Still good. Will post these or reach out for more info.

This piece is from a lot of luxury deadstock home decor fabrics from Quatrine and Wall Fabrics in Australia. I have some tags, these are mostly sample rolls, they don't appear to be treated in anyway or washed from the documentation I have. These are recently used not old. Mills are in Mexico, Italy, and Spain. Some say Kravat and Perennial. Prices are below wholesale from what I see. Swatches are available. Some are natural fiber others look natural but are top shelf synthetic using solution dyed acrylic. When I say "outdoor" these pieces are not as soft and feel appropriate for outdoor but I cannot say anything about sun exposure.
