Premium denim with a special premium finish for keeping the stretch in shape and also premium finish on the dye - made with climate forward practices. This denim has 3% recycled elastine and offers extra stretch. Think Fashion on this, tight skirts and dresses, insets on jackets, etc (and jeans). Sold by the yard and swatches available with both as is and washed - select from drop down. Width: 49" Content: 97% organic cotton, 3% recycled elastine Made in Italy, Candiani This is sanforized so shrinking in minimal. Sew directly or to remove starch please lay flat in a tub for 30 min to a day, hang straight, and press/reshape while slightly damp. Do not throw in washer and dryer. There wasn't any serious marking from the washer in the first wash with soap. Down the road it you choose to use the washer please turn inside out. NO dryer. 

This is one of my favorites, It has a good feel not super stiff, good indigo color in a twill that mostly shows the indigo color, not the lighter, along with a slub so it is extra blue. Softened up nicely. Classic cross hatch, nice and crisp, washed well. Perfect for a proper denim jacket, corset or bustier, jeans, skirts - nice with seaming/piecing and top stitching.  Width: 58" 100% cotton closeout

14 oz sturdy raw denim but not the rawest, medium light blue denim. Suitable for jeans, jackets, coats, accessories. Slightly softer than a typical raw denim but still raw. Seam will fade after wearing if you are looking for that "look"just wear this in on its own and then wash or dry clean.  Care guidance:  I recommend just wearing this in, do not pre wash before sewing. If you must remove some starch lay flat and soak for at least an hour, hang straight to drip dry, press and reshape when damp repeat if you like. Sanforized.  Width: 62" Thailand  

Good weight sturdy but soft to wear. Suitable for ready to wear jeans, jackets, Fashion pieces, skirts, very versatile, not stiff and raw. Sanforized, any shrinkage will be minimal. If you appreciate raw natural fibers you will love this. It is a melange of mostly wool with what appears to be a cotton warp, there is a small percentage of silk but does not feel like it. It feels like a nubby just raw rough weave of natural fibers mostly wool. Used by Rick Owens. Jacket weight, suitable for garments, accessories, shoes, hats. I have never seen anything like this it is amazing! It has a kind of pearly sheen, weight is jacket coat weight, it is the softest cotton at this weight I have ever seen, you can make a shawl collar wrap coat with a suri alpaca collar. Undyed cotton kind of a plain weave heavy gauzey muslin, double weave, 2 layers held together with sashiko stitching. Will soften after washing and wearing. Up close the weave has a melange, the dark stripes are blue and crimson the lighter are crimson and butter yellow blended. There is a little irridescent finish, it is a cotton poly blend with a sculptural drape similar to a duschesse satin. Weight is like a Spring Summer raincoat type. Will make a fantastic summer bag, hat, car coat, pencil skirt with a Romeo Gigli sash sculpted. Mix and match with other patterns and fabrics. Produced before this mill was acquired by Loro Piana. Cross hatch melange linen viscose suiting with a subtle slub from Max M but has an early Prada vibe. Summer weight can be used for many different types of garments, pants, skirts, dresses, summer suit jackets, walking shorts. There is some drape but this is suiting so there is some crisp body.
