Light off white rayon challis, light weight, it was a little flattened on the roll, if you soak in water and hang dry it will pucker up nicely with lots of texture and will stretch, once puckered the 44" width will reduce to 36", the 2 yard length only reduced 1" Great for summer 10o% rayon designer deadstock

Base is a light habotai with a slight satin finish, semi sheer, floral pattern is denser along the selvedges and wider on one side then becomes more sparse toward the center. Honestly, I don't think I have ever see a rayon like this or at least not for a while. It cost a little more but is special. It has body perfect for a dress also nice for a cami, if you underline a summer suit jacket can work. A soft draping but slighty sulptural. Not a challis. There is a satin jacquard weave.
