This is 100% cotton and it's hard to believe because it has this feel of similar suiting that is usually viscose poly. It is soft with drape, second image is a little lighter to show the weave there is a diagonal as in a twill but the surface is pretty smooth, saturated color, suitable for suits and dresses, slacks, 3/4 length jacket over a dress. How often do you see linen and wool? This is a shirt dress weight chambray weave with a slub. Also suitable for drawstring pants or other loose type. This is very special, I can't even really tell this is wool. There is a slub and the chambray is visibly moving with grain. Cobalt and natural. Soft draping.
