Surplus Monique LH, this is spectacular....really and now I know what panels are for! A floor length Couture Party Skirt. There are only 2 panels here and the retail on this would be about $300 (I have the wholesale price). The size is 1 yard and 30" and 55" wide. Black and midnight blue play off each other with a little sparkle floral brocade. The bottom more opaque section has little diamond shapes woven into it. All I am saying is that this came from an archive of a model in the 1960's turned designer, her father worked in the entertainment business. This piece had a tag that said "Cher" that is all I know.
